Altio was founded in 2019 because of our strong belief in the Northern region and our deep understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities. We, like many others, see the potential of the green transition, but we also have concerns about the overconfidence that new technology alone will solve all the challenges. Not least in the businesses that make the green transition possible.
Don’t get us wrong. We are also convinced that the right technology is crucial to meet the future – but without stable processes, process-oriented leadership and motivated employees, there is no good support for getting a return on the technology solutions you have invested in.
With a focus on the big picture and our combined expertise in processes, technology and leadership, we can be an enabler that contributes to our customers’ emergence, growth and long-term competitiveness in northern Sweden. We understand the landscape, can navigate the challenges and will, regardless of the economic situation, be present in and work to develop the Northern region. That is why Altio is here.
Part of The Specialist Group
The Specialist Group consists of six companies in five countries, with a total of more than 3300 specialists in different types of technical projects. The idea of TSG is based on the possibility of putting the right people to solve the right challenges, with a particular focus on energy transition through technological progress. Since 2023, Altio is part of The Specialist Group. For us, this means the opportunity to share knowledge, experience and muscle from all over Europe to better carry out our missions in the Northern Region.
