Responsibilities
- Coordinating day-to-day Electrical work execution in accordance with the turnaround schedule and safety protocols.
- Monitoring and guiding contractor teams to ensure adherence to project specifications, engineering standards, and industry best practices.
- Ensuring proper installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including motors, switchgear, control panels, transmitters, and process analyzers.
- Identifying and resolving technical issues or work constraints in collaboration with plant engineers, planners, and HSE personnel.
- Conducting quality inspections, verifying work completions, and ensuring documentation is accurately maintained.
- Supporting pre-commissioning and start-up activities as needed, ensuring systems are fully functional and meet operational readiness criteria.
- All work is to be performed in compliance with plant safety regulations, environmental requirements, and turnaround performance objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- 5–10 years of experience in the oil and gas or construction industry
- On-site project experience & TA experience is mandatory
- Fluency in English is required
- Knowledge of Swedish is an advantage
