Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain both short-term (weekly) and long-term maintenance schedules, aligned with production requirements and resource availability
- Ensure all prerequisites for planned work are in place, including materials, tools, documentation, and manpower
- Coordinate and optimize resource utilization across mechanical and piping activities
- Drive the planning and scheduling process in collaboration with operations and maintenance stakeholders
- Coordinate and follow up on contractors and external vendors within relevant scope
- Participate in planning meetings and actively follow up on execution of scheduled work
- Continuously monitor progress and adjust plans based on operational changes and priorities
- Maintain a strong focus on HSE in all planning and execution activities
Requirements
- Technical background within mechanical engineering, piping, or equivalent practical experience
- Solid understanding of maintenance processes within mechanical and piping disciplines in an industrial setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong coordination skills with a structured and proactive way of working
