Deliver comprehensive HSE induction training for all new employees, contractors, and site personnel on a regular basis.
Ensure that all training materials are up-to-date, compliant with HSE standards, and relevant to the current project phase.
Monitor and document induction attendance and completion.
Upskilling and Ongoing Training:
Develop and deliver tailored training sessions to upskill staff in various aspects of HSE, including risk management, emergency response, hazard identification, and safe working practices.
Organise regular refresher courses to reinforce safety culture and ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
Customise training programmes to address specific risks and requirements of different project stages or team functions.
Training Evaluation and Feedback:
Assess the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback, evaluations.
Continuously improve training content and delivery methods based on employee feedback and safety performance data.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all training activities, including certifications, attendance, and training outcomes.
Support and Advisory Role:
Provide ongoing HSE support and guidance to internal personnel, ensuring adherence to site rules.
Serve as a subject matter expert in HSE-related topics during training sessions and team meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred).
Relevant HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent (required).
Minimum of 3 years’ experience designing and delivering HSE training programmes.
Strong knowledge of Swedish/EU HSE regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess training effectiveness and improve content based on feedback.
Proficiency in HSE management systems and other relevant software.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt training approaches to diverse audiences and learning styles
Problem-solving abilities and the ability to resolve training-related issues effectively.
